Celery, Kale & Carrot Juice

This juice with Celery, Kale and Carrot has a lot of health benefits including aiding digestion, reducing inflammation in the body and boosting heart health. Kale is high in Vitamin C, K, and Iron. Celery helps to lower blood pressure, cleanse and helps the liver with detoxification. Carrot is a great source of beta-carotene, a type of Vitamin A, which helps with vision and is an antioxidant.

  • 10 pieces Celery Stick (Total weight 160g)
  • 18 pieces Carrot (Total weight 515g)
  • 2 Handfuls Kale (Total weight 64g)
  1. Wash and cut ingredients into small pieces.

  2. Juice ingredients using a juicer and chill.
