Instructions
  1. Wash the fish and rub salt on it to add some flavor in, then pour in the ACV.
  2. Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces.
  3. Put a pan on fire, add the olive oil and pour in the vegetables.
  4. Stir and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add water into the pan and add the fish, and make sure the heat is on medium.
  6. Allow the water to come to a boil, then add the spices.
  7. Cover the pan partially and cook for 50 minutes. If the water begins to dry, add some more to get enough broth.
  8. Skim off any fat or oily film off the surface.
  9. Take the pan off the fire, then pour into containers. Let cool and then refrigerate and eat in 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  10. Some people strain the broth to take out all solids including bones, but I like to eat it all as it is now very soft and delicious.
Recipe Notes

Wild Cod is a good fish to use because it isn’t fatty, as fatty fish can become rancid and develop an off-taste after cooking for quite a while. Also, try to go for wild options rather than farms. Rockfish, Halibut, Tilapia are also good alternatives to use.
